Usage of Ball Valve, Butter Valve and Knife Gate Valve

Usage of Valves Valves are used thoroughly. We have surrounded ourselves with valves thoroughly. To regulate the flow of fluid or gas, we need valves. They are used everywhere from human bodies to various industries. Our heart is having valves that regulate the flow of blood in our body. The same way, the valves used in industries manage the flow of the product from one container to another. These valves are even used in our regular lives when we control the flow of water, oil, and many other daily use products. There are different types of valves used to control the different types of fluids at a different level. Ball Valves Ball valves are generally used to control the flowing system of ships, chlorine manufacturing industries, fire safety services, and chemical and non-sterile industries.  The pneumatic ball valve and the electric ball valve are most used types of ball valves in big industries. Butterfly Valves Butterfly valves are used in short operation b

Butterfly Valves Operation and Working Condition

Butterfly Valves What is a butterfly valve? A butterfly valve is a rotatory valve that can be rotated quarterly to stop or start the flow of the liquid kept in the container. Butterfly valves are easy and quick to open. Just a 90 degree of rotation can completely close or open the valve. The flow of the product can be stopped in between the process and hence they are very useful for instant results. These valves are generally used in chemical, dairy, pharmaceutical, or beverage industries. How does it Work? A butterfly valve usually comes with an actuator and a hand wheel or disc that is connected to the stem via the actuator. The disc is the door to open or close the valve. When the pressure is applied to the actuator, the disc rotates 90 degrees from its current position and accordingly close or open the valve. There are three types of actuator gives three valves namely Manual Butterfly valves ,  Electrical Butterfly valves , and P neumatic Butterfly valves .
