Pulse Jet Valves




Pulse Jet valves are also called dust valves. These are indirect solenoid valves. When the pulse jet solenoid valves are energized, the air trapped in the diaphragm is blown out, creating a pressure difference across the diaphragm. Then, the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When the power is turned off, air flows through the hole into a chamber that can support the air flow and close the valve. 

The opening and closing of the valve is done quickly for proper cleaning and air filtration. The driving parts of the valve are kept small for low inertia, but the KV value is very high. Dust collection systems are very useful for removing solid pollutants or recovering valuable substances from exhaust gases before they are released into the atmosphere. We offer pulse jet valves which are well known for their reliability, durability, efficiency, compact size, good handling and energy saving features.
